As President of Balestrieri Services, Inc., Cindy Balestrieri directs, empowers, and oversees all field and administrative aspects of the WBE certified company, including accounting, marketing, safety and compliance, and human resources.
With over 25 years of experience in environmental construction, Cindy has witnessed major changes in the industry, including the gradual disappearance of the glass ceiling as more and more confident, vibrant women enter the field.
When not fueling workplace excellence, Cindy Balestrieri enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending afternoons on the lake with her husband, Ken, and two children, Alex and Jess.
Cindy lives in Elkhorn, Wisconsin, where she actively serves her community through her support of charity organizations on both local and national levels.
